Cosmic Shipwreck
The scene was surreal, a magnificent chaos, a telluric duel between air and stone.Before me, a mountain summit fought to exist. It reared against the onslaught of clouds, swayed at the edge of reality, trapped beneath a furious sky, like a ship caught in a storm-tossed sea. A single breath of air, barely a pause, and already the tempest was closing in. Soon, it would be no more than a memory, dissolved in the winds’ fading whispers...
The wind roared, the rock held its ground, and I, a fragile skiff moored at the edge of infinity...
