Where I can no longer reach

The rock is not just a piece of the landscape. It symbolizes what towers over us – pain, loss, the boundary between what is here and what we can no longer reach. It is a barrier separating the present from the past, the real world from something beyond our understanding.

This photo isn’t just a dog on a rock. It captures a silent struggle with forces greater than us – death, helplessness, emptiness. And yet we look upward. We keep trying to reach what is now out of our grasp.

A quiet call. One last glance. One last word. One last touch.
