Each picture can be divided into two plans. The front one is always unchanged: two vases and a dry branch near the mirror. Only in the reflection you can see the changes taking place in the room (background). You can just guess what is going on around you.

Our field of attention in life is often limited to the “foreground” and we don't see the changes. The wider the space, the more you see.
