This series explores the quiet tension between illumination and obscurity in the city at night.
Each frame captures a moment where people pass through fragments of light — standing, moving, waiting — while much of the world around them remains in shadow.
From security guards behind blue neon, to children absorbed in vending machines, to the glow outside a gym, these scenes unfold not under the spotlight, but just beside it.
They are stories told in the pause between brightness.
