On a quiet morning in Turmi, two young girls entered my frame. With their heads covered and a deep innocence in their eyes, they looked at life with a calm that seemed to flow from childhood itself. In their stillness, the ancient echoes of Ethiopia’s Orthodox faith gently resonated. This photograph is neither just a moment nor merely a face. It softly whispers how faith and innocence intertwine.
