While on holiday in Tahiti, the pool at our hotel was lined with iridescent tiles that shimmered in different colors depending on the angle of the sunlight. I took this photograph while wading in the water, where gentle ripples created an abstract interplay of light and color on the tiles beneath the surface.

Based in the United States in Washington State, Stephen is an “opportunistic” photographer, capturing life as it unfolds in his travels. His spontaneous approach results in candid snapshots of the outdoors, people, and diverse cultures, enriching his global perspective.
