Niigata’s rice fields mirror the sky,a quiet promise of what’s to come.In spring, these waters welcome the planting season,turning the land into a patchwork of light and patience.From the hills, I watch my hometown breathe,as it always has—between mountain and sea,between reflection and becoming.
