Color Prism of Palouse

The Palouse region in southeastern Washington is renowned for its dynamic color palette, which shifts dramatically with the seasons. In spring, the landscape is a vibrant tapestry of lush greens as wheat and barley fields flourish. As summer arrives, these fields transition to warm hues of gold, brown, and mauve, reflecting the ripening crops and the region's semiarid climate. This interplay of colors, especially when illuminated by the soft light of sunrise or sunset, creates a paradise for the eye.

Based in the United States in Washington State, Stephen is an “opportunistic” photographer, capturing life as it unfolds in his travels. His spontaneous approach results in candid snapshots of the outdoors, people, and diverse cultures, enriching his global perspective.
