The facade of a small country church in Southern Italy becomes an abstract backdrop between pastel colours, lines, rectangles, arches and geometries.

Anna Marzia Soria lives and works in Bari as a freelance photographer.
After classical and legal studies, she dedicated herself to his great passion: photography. In 2015 she perfected herself with an advanced training course in photojournalism with the Italian photojournalist Marcello Carrozzo and in the same year with the photographer Uliano Lucas. In 2023 she follows a conceptual reportage photography course with Mario Cresci.

Awards Finalist and winner in several national and international photography competitions, she has received honorable mentions at FAPA, MIFA, IPPA, ND awards, IPA, PIPSPA, Monovision B&W Awards, London Photography Awards recently finalist in these awards BSPF 2025, The Street Badass Photography festival 2025, OSP, Oslo Street Photo Festival 2025, PSP, Pure Street Photography, Grant 2025, BPA, Berlin Photo awards 2025.

Some of his single shots and reportages have been exhibited at the ICP in New York, at the CIFA in Bibbiena (AR), in the Palazzo Ducale in Parete (CE) and at the Palazzo don Baronio in Savignano sul Rubicone (FC) in 2021, at the “Trieste Photo days” Trieste airport, at the International Center of Photography in Palermo, at the “Casa degli Artisti” in Milan in 2022, in the PH21 photo gallery in Budapest in 2023, at the Ballarat International Photo Biennale in 2023, at the TTA 2023 Colornophotolife at the Aranciaia in Colorno (PR), at the exhibition “Luci e ombre” a journey between art and research at the Sala dei Templari in Molfetta (BA), at the “Design Shooting Bari” at the Sala Murat in Bari.
