Gaziantep is a city in southeastern Turkey. One of the most important productions is hemp. Hemp has been produced in caves that exist under the city for years. Hemp must be produced in humid environments that do not receive sunlight. Unfortunately, caves are disappearing due to the change, renewal and transformation of cities. Mr. Şahin and his assistant continue to make this production in this last remaining cave. Mr. Şahin resists both technology and innovation on his own.
