The Violet Dadaocheng

Dadaocheng Wharf, once a crucial port promoting the tea trade, is now the source of Taipei's prosperity. The hues of the sky seem to reminisce about the rice industry in Dadaocheng, an industry that faded with the rise of the tea trade. From the perspective of the three primary colors, the golden yellow symbolizing rice spikes disappears. In its place, only the purple formed by the fusion of the remaining red and blue primary colors remains. This hue, symbolizing a flourishing past era, contrasts intriguingly with today's modern architecture.
