Image from series DEGUSTAÇÃO FOLHÁTICA (leafs tasting) captured during a research on sustainability and cooperation with groups that work with peripheral plantations in Brazil, one country with a gigantic diversity. It was inevitable to record the beauty of landscapes and plants, whether native, ornamental or even shrubs.
In this image, it is primarily the most intimate look and the imagination that sees it ready from several shots, however it has to be built, created and assembled in a single image for the external look, that is to make concrete and externalize what was imagined from within.

Multidisciplinary artist/photographer living between Sweden and Brazil. Graduated in Fine Arts, Photography and Communication. Born in Brazil, she emerged in the 1990s as one of the pioneers of Wearable Art in Brazil and also stood out for the precious photographic documentation of her work and recently for her revelation as an authorial photographer. Reversing the trend of consumerism and social media, she explore themes such as the limits of excess, the rapid pace of consumption, and social and environmental issues, while also engaging with Zygmunt Bauman' s concept of "liquid modernity.”
