Eiffel Tower

I debated submitting a photo of the Eiffel Tower to a Parisian exhibition.

While not as renowned, the town I reside in also has a structure its well-known for. I can empathize with Parisians in the feeling of not wanting to see yet another tourist photo of their famous structure.

The stakes seem higher for submitting this photo; however, I still wanted to take the chance. With this photo, I hope I am able to give a different or interesting perspective of this building.

Kirsti Wall de Cordero is a fine art photographer. Her work has been featured in galleries internationally and has earned recognitions by the Tokyo International Foto Awards and PX3 Prix de la Photographie, Paris. Additionally, her work was awarded by the International Photography Awards.

She uses photography as both a hobby and an outlet to understand the world around her. Some of her earliest memories include viewing her surroundings through a disposable film camera; however, after a traumatic brain injury, photography became a lifejacket for her to remember the things her mind could not.
