This is part of a Fine Art series of Food portraits. Each subject, in this case the Enjoya pepper, is photographed with meticulously crafted portrait lighting. The images are then finessed in Photoshop with a technique developed to enhance the subtlety of detail creating a gritty yet beautiful final portrait.
