Attrition is an essay that explores anthropogenic impacts and their negative consequences that can affect human behavior in various spheres.

The purpose of various human actions is to exploit, control or "improve" nature for the benefit of society while, in contrast, the myriad processes in nature have been optimized and continually adjusted by evolution, whatever the disruption of these natural processes by technology. will likely result in negative environmental consequences.

Technologies can create "order"but most of it is at the expense of increasing "disorder" in the environment.
