The essence of my table!
The preference for clear flavours without much distraction by multi-layered dishes led me to a rather puristic visual language for this project as well.
The ingredient should be in the foreground for the tongue as well as for the eye.
While otherwise the scent stimulates the appetite, here the colour and feel should tickle the viewer's desire to enjoy this dish with all the senses.
In March 2017, Berlin-based "MXPRIVÉ" launched his Instagram account. His visual language was quickly to play an important role.
In his first participation in a photo competition, the Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year 2018, MXPRIVÉ's entry was shortlisted.
In autumn 2020, he started working on the photo series "FOOD-iD".
At the Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year 2021, he won first place in the category: "Spayne Lindsay On the Phone". Further awards for this photo series were to follow.
His project "GETTING CLOSE - TEMPODROM" is now published after three years of work.
