Far North in winter (78° North Latitude), in Svalbard’s mountains, snow was untouched, small snowflakes began to fall, all perfect conditions allowing me to overexpose the scene, for giving this magical white on white atmosphere. Temperatures were -40° Celsius. I lay down very slowly on the snow, to gain the trust of this Arctic Fox, and to capture this beautiful portrait close-up!
Polish-American, living now in France, professional wildlife photographer and great traveler, multi-awarded in different international photography contests, I am travelling regularly all over the world with my husband, trying to capture the wonders and the beauties, but also the fragility of our Planet. In nature, and especially in arctic and cold places, this is where I like to be, and this is where I can express my creativity. Each reportage is always beginning by a careful preparation and study of the species to photograph, their behaviors and places to explore. This is when the dream begin
