In the cold morning at Lake Shikotsu in Hokkaido prefecture, I was on the shore of the lake.
I aimed to photograph the sunrise from the mountain with icy rocks in the foreground.
If beautiful morning glow spread in the sky at that moment, better for my image. (Of course I was wishing it.)
This time was more than that.
Because Halo was appeared in the sky.
I was very excited but calm down and waited the best timing, then release the shutter.
In 2007, I was fascinated by the magnificent scenery in Hokkaido, which I visited for the first time, and started taking landscape photographs.
Then I continued to shoot at world-famous scenic spots such as the Grand Circle in the United States, Uluru Kata Tjuta National Park in Australia, and the Great Barrier Reef.
I have ever visited 15 countries and continue my adventure in pursuit of fascinating landscapes.
