Step Aside
This is a series that explains my personal role as white woman in the fight against the racism. They don’t need a white frontman. They need you, white guy, to amplify their voice. So Step Aside, the lens is not for you. Use your white skin to educate other white people within your circle. It’s a long process for others to accept and understand what you are doing. Be patient. You will not change their mind in a day, but sooner or later other white people will listen to you.
Don't be the main character, it's not your story.
But be their megaphone. Stand aside. Say their name
I'm proudly born in the South of Italy, but I spent half of my life in the North, studying interior design and architecture, and then working as an Architect in Milan in an architectural studio. At 30y I decided to listen to my artistic voice, I came to New York. Discovering who I am and accepting myself was the best thing I ever have done.
As architect, photographer, artist, my focus is the human beings and their relationship. Among others, I was exhibited at the ICP Museum of NY, Galleria Ca d’Oro of New York, BBA Gallery in Berlin.
I love pizza and octopus.
