Starlight over Lagangarbh cottage. Glen Coe. This image is telling the story of my experience of one morning in Glen Coe. Arriving at around 3 am to see the stars filling the night sky until the first light broke, lighting up the snow-covered mountains.
Matthew Wilkinson is an engineer who works across the UK. As he travels he spends his time photographing the Landscape. His Love for Photography started with 1 session a week whilst in college. After college Matthew when on to shoot 5x4 film for a few years then moved to 35mm full-frame in recent years. Matthew has developed a love for expression and strives to take steps away from reality with various processes & techniques and create more abstract images to provoke thought and emotion from the viewer. This approach to his art enables him to further express himself and tell deeper stories.
