They live in Armenia but do not speak Armenian. They speak Russian but do not call themselves Russian. They believe in Christ but live by the rules of the Old Testament. They are Molokans living in the last Molokan village of Armenia. They are beautiful, hardworking, closed to idle eyes and friendly to those who are trusted. These are the descendants of Russian Protestant peasants who were expelled from Russia for 250 years. They strictly observe their traditions but also accept the modern achievements of science. This is a unique community of people who survived despite difficulties.
