Artist Statement
“I bought my first digital camera in 2004. It had
a low-resolution senor-- only two megapixels,
and I used it to record a family trip later that
same year. Twelve years have gone by now and
it seems so strange to me that these photos
from the trip still look as new as those that I
shot yesterday. So I came up with the idea of
making the photos look aged. By taking photos
of computer screen, I retouched my family.”
