Rorschach

Rorschach touches upon the subject of perception and psych through abstract photography in
order to unveil the viewers’ imagination.
This project is inspired by the Roschach test or psychodiagnostic that is a clinical
projective tool for psychological evaluation created by the psychiatrist and psychanalist
Hermann Rorschach in 1921. It consists in a series of pictures of symmetrical shapes shown
to a patient with the aim of discerning its personality.
Roschach is divided in several parts represented by diverse elements such as flour and
water. Those different mediums allow greater diversity in the abstract shapes leading to
more ample interpretations.
