Mauro Santoro is an Italian photographer and filmmaker.
After graduating in film and theater criticism he began working as a freelance filmmaker, making commercials, corporate, music and wedding videos.
In 2009 he attended a master class in Cinema and Social Commitment with the director Paolo Benvenuti.
In 2015 he started taking photography seriously, after an unexpected love affair with it.
