On the night of 14 July 2106, the French bastille day, an Islamist
terrorist, Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel, a Tunisian domiciled in
Nice, drove a lorry on the "promenade des anglais" for nearly two
kilometers, targeting a crowd Of civilians and causing 86 deaths
and more than 400 wounded. This picture was taken on "the
promenade des anglais" about two hours after the attack.
