Calatrava Collection
I am an admirer of the architecture designed by Santiago Calatrava. I was first
introduced to his work when I visited the Milwaukee Art Museum not far from Chicago, where
I live. I created simple abstract photos of that unique structure. While in New York the
following month, I photographed details of the new transportation hub designed by
Calatrava. It is still under construction, located by the World Trade Center. Via
collage, I created new abstracts from my photos of this geometric building.
