Clayton has been a freelance photojournalist & editorial
photographer since the early 1960's. He has worked and lived in
NYC since 1967. Shortly thereafter, he photographed a very
emotional Teachers Strike. This photo: "War Against Black
America" was shot, but never printed. Recently, while editing his
historic files, he rediscovered this piece, and only when making
the print, did he realize that little has changed in the past 50
years!
