The photo, FlowerbyKenzo - Kenzo, is part of my still life project
"Iconic fragrances" from 2016. The project aims to study some of
the most iconic and visually beautiful fragrances throughout time.
Marcus Møller Bitsch, 07/12/1992, is an autodidact photographer from Aarhus – Denmark. He grew up spending most of his time in water, doing watersports, and above the surface - exploring different creative mediums. After a knee injury, he was forced to take a break from freediving, took up photography seriously and started “The 365 days project”, as a way of practicing the newly discovered passion. As the name indicates, he had to take one photograph each day for a year. After finishing high school, and the 365 days project, he moved from Denmark to the other side of the world to start the next big photo-project. For nearly a year he visited and lived in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Myanmar and Japan, to explore and document his experiences doing the travel. As he returned to Denmark he started editing the project, and looked into the possibilities of publishing it. A year after returning home, he got signed with the agency “Carole Lambert”, and moved to Paris to pursue his passion and continue evolving.
He’s currently based in Paris, where he works commercially as well as on personal projects.
