Cambodia is a small country with a big history. Now a modest player on
the world stage, this was once the seat of one of Asia’s most magnificent
early civilizations.
Siem Reap province is located in northwest Cambodia. It is the major
tourist hub in Cambodia, as it is the closest city to the world famous
temples of Angkor.
Angkor Thom means "the great city" in Ankor. The 12th-century
royal Buddhist city is especially famed for its grand​ ​Bayon Temple.
