organized chaos

This was taken in Hanoi. A typical rush hour scene. I was
overwhelmed by the number of motorbikes, by the casual attitude
of those passing me. They sped along talking on cell phones,
some dressed to kill in 4 inch spikes, some hanging on to children
who were not strapped in or wearing helmets. I though it would
be fun to take three exposures to describe what I thought was
chaotic.

I am an amateur photographer of a certain age who lives on an island between Vancouver and Victoria, BC Canada. I am rarely without some kind of camera and particularly enjoy trying to capture the beauty of sky and sea.
