Rubbles of Bhaktapur is a series images of the aftermath
destruction in Bhaktapur city of Kathmandu after the 2015
earthquakes that struck Nepal.

With a population of more than 80,000, Bhaktapur has the best
preserved old city in Nepal and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage
Site.

The 2015 Nepal earthquake killed more than 8600 people,
destroying thousands of houses and damaging many historic sites
throughout Nepal.

Azri Zainul is a photographer with a strong passion in documentary and street photography.
Born and live in Penang Island, Malaysia. He started his photographic journey in 2006 as a hobby and getting serious about it ever since. Besides photography, he also loved to travel and gets busy with adventures.

Azri Zainul works has been published in various local magazines and newspaper.
