I have set that the temporal axis extends toward to the background from our camera. It
means the foreground is the present, the background is the unknown future. I am dealing
with these things as real existences and imaginary phantoms. The models as imaginary
phantoms are invisible partially along the frameworks. The mosaic-like figures signify the
unknown future. I indicate the differences of the space-time to the next, using the figure-
ground perception in the pictures. And I include the recognition in the pictures that the
relationships change depending on the situations. I set the slits and windows of panels as
the surfaces of the dimensions.
Born in Yokohama, Japan, 1971.
Turned to a professional photographer in 2004 after being a Japanese language lecturer in Kuching, Malaysia for two years, and a scene carpenter at Kabuki-za theater as known as the most traditional theater in Japan for seven years.
