"Alters" project

Alters is a project which explores personal, shifting identity.
Subjects are invited to constructs two versions of their
personalities. Identities can be different parts of themselves,
previous or fantasy constructions. Subjects are encouraged to
develop a narrative about the couple. Who are they, are they close,
what are their names, do they like each other? Sometimes the
photographer will take the picture with remote control so he can
be in the photo, allowing the subject to relate to another person.
The subjects are photographed separately and merged later.
