The Last Stand

I’m searching for a certain sense of wonder in my images.
Something that ‘transcends’ reality. I embrace the ‘fantastical’ and
balance the line between what is the possible and what is
impossible.

I am also looking for some kind of meaning. I feel that our society
becomes increasingly complex, productive and efficient. And
despite that this can be considered as something positive, I do feel
something is missing. Or rather that something is amiss.

In my work I combine the gloom with the absurd. I question the
artificiality in our society. Sometimes I do this from the perspective
from the animal kingdom.
