Last year hundreds of Afghan people escaped from their country
trying to find a new place to live in Europe. After several months
of travel, they reached Brussels in Belgium. Unfortunately in the
beginning, the local authority denied their status of political
refugees, refusing to give them Asylum.
Hundreds of Afghan people have been sustained and sheltered in
a small church in Brussels for several months.
Laila was one of them.
