This Series is a document of the people who today in the year
2015 live their lives in the municipality Habana Vieja, Old Havana,
Cuba. Havana Veija was founded in 1519 and in 2008 Hurricane
Ike, destroyed many structures, which were already in a state of
aging and neglect. The people of Habana Veija in every single
daily action personify the human spirits strength of resilience,
hope and the art of survival.
