Trees, smoke and people

Just before the first cashew apples fall, farmers use brooms and
sickles to clean the grass and form heaps with fallen leaves. Then
they burn each heap thereby generating smoke that allows to see
the sunlight piercing the foliage of the tortuous cashewnut trees.
This cleaning process creates mysterious atmospheres around
Banlung city (Ratanakiri Province, Cambodia).
