Where once was hell

This is the plain where, 1 year earlier you could see thousands of tents and plastic
shelters, making a very large refugee camp. I came here to document the conditions of
these people, but just after one year it was all gone and the government had built 4 new
villages with running water and electricity... this is the power of national election in
Africa. Still it was a happy and astonishing surprise.
