Confused tangle

Came to the top of dilapidated buildings often hang out. This
rusting iron pillar, tied a lot of wire. They worry about things like
the recently through my heart like. . . Recently always confused
tangle.
The wire is lived in this building for poor people with drying clothes,
and these people are highly educated professionals ago when the
newly established country, and now they are old, society has
