Arctic Outposts

Global warming has made the cold north a hot potato. World powers are fighting for the
rights to the Arctic subsoil, new shipping routes and strategic military bases, while
multinational companies are on the look for undiscovered natural resources. This feature
takes you to the most advanced outpost in Greenland: from the isolated Mestersvig on the
east coast, the controversial American Thule Base on the west coast to Daneborg where the
Sirius Patrol is trying to keep sovereignty over a enormous and more and more desired
piece of land.
