This photo was taken during an interview on location in Sofia, Bulgaria. It was a cold
february morning. The location is a small cafe near a flea market. It's noisy outside but
nice and quiet inside the cafe since it's still early. The model is actualy a very famous
actor in my country, known for his very distinctive voice that can take you into the deep
dark shadows of a winter story by saying just one word. Being an actor meant that he's
been photographed a lot and I didn't want my picture to be just another shot. I wanted to
show his quiet little world that has been so lonely after his wife died few years ago, but
is still keeping his charismatic aura.
