Human Objects

How do we perceive fellow humans passing us by on the streets
or subways? While logic tells us that we're surrounded by a
planet full of people genetically similar to ourselves, there is an
unintentional objectification applied until we take the time to truly
look at an individual.

This series of images, sculpted from a collection of everyday
objects, asks the viewer to playfully, yet seriously, think about
the difference between humans and objects. At what point do
we blur the lines of their definitions?
