"Carpintería de Mariscos" ("Seafood Carpentry")
"Carpintería de Mariscos" is a series of five highly expressive photographs featuring images of marine crustaceans and molluscs with carpentry tools. Esteva relied on cooperation with the Tristán restaurant and German chef Gerard Schwaiger for the making of this project.
The Mallorcan photographer (Palma, 1979) has been working since he was very young in the world of advertising, where he has specialized in sectors such as hospitality, architecture, industrial products and, of course, gastronomy. The culinary image has become, in fact, a fundamental thread in Nando Esteva's career.
