Born in Mexico City in 1977, Ruzansky obtained a BA in Communications at Universidad Iberoamericana. She studied photography at Escuela Activa de Fotograf?a, Centro de la Imagen in Mexico City, The Academy of Art College, San Francisco, CA, and is a graduate of the International Center of Photography, New York.

Ruzansky has exhibited her work at numerous venues, including PS122, Queens Museum of Art, New York, and the Fine Art Palace, Mexico City.

Ruzansky?s latest work, ?The Mirror?, received the First Prize at the Yucat?n Art Biennial 2006, and an Honorable Mention at the XII Mexican Photography Biennial. In the same year the first book of her photography, ?De Noche?, was published in Mexico and in 2007 a selection of these photographs were part of PHOTOQUAI the First Photography Biennial of Quai de Branly in Paris.
