This nature picture was taken at Namtso, Tibet in August 2005. It is the second-largest salt lake in Tibet located at an elevation of 4,718m (15,569 feet). I was lucky to arrive on a good sunny day. The open lake area was far beyond my eyes sight can reach the ends of it. It?s amazing.

Given the mountain sickness was hindering me, the wonderful location, the special thin air barely enough to survive, the extreme weather within a day, the mountain groups, the high elevation snow, the low flying clouds, combined a lovely, amazing and living image to me. This is my absolute privacy and would like to share it a bit more than just the still image itself with this story. This is a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my life.

My devotion to photography begun as a child; I was inspired by father. And I started taking pictures with his camera. Now I enjoy very much to discover places and people and present them in photography.

I have a degree in Economics from LSE. My training in sociology, languages, economics and design are my assets in development of portraiture and travelogue works. All these knowledge combined together to form a unique perspective and to add variety to photographic context in works.
