Since 2000, Lloyd Ziff has made photography the sole focus of his career. He has had one-man-shows at Earl McGrath Gallery in Los Angeles, Robin Rice Gallery, New York City, and Icehouse Gallery in Greenport, NY, and is also represented by Corkin Shopland Gallery in Toronto, Ontario. Ziff?s photographs have been published in many of the world?s most prestigious magazines including Vanity Fair, The New York Times Magazine, Blind Spot, Conde Nast Traveler and Conde Nast Traveller UK, Elle, GQ, Interview, Kid?s Wear (Germany), Rolling Stone, Wired, and have been included in the anthologies American Photography 18, 19, 20 and 22, and Graphis Photography. Before he became known as a photographer Lloyd was an award-winning art director/design director of several national magazines, including Vanity Fair, House & Garden, Conde Nast Traveler, L.A.Style, New West, Rolling Stone, and Travel & Leisure. Ziff taught magazine design, photography, and illustration at Art Center College in Pasadena, CA, The School of Visual Arts in New York City, and for 13 years at Parsons School of Design in New York City. In 1999, he was elected to the Board of Trustees of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, his alma mater.
