Banska Stiavnica is a silent town belong to Slovakia. In times past here was mined the best quality gold of Europe. The town were roomed by German, Hungarian, Slovak and Jewish people. After the World War I. and WW II. only the Slovak population stayed. The older part of the town is almost deserted as its reconstruction has begun.
