I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1996 with a BS in Mathematics. Over the past 6 years my focus and passion has been in photography. I�ve studied at Pratt University and the International Center of Photography in New York. Currently I�m documenting the growth and outreach of my church in Brooklyn, New York while teaching and mentoring youth and adults in photography.

My desire as an artist is to capture the heart of the moment. I have a passion for capturing relationships, family and community. Through photography I can capture moments in time, moments that the eye may never see. Photojournalism gives me the opportunity to be an eyewitness to history, giving the viewer a chance to feel and see what I�ve been privileged to capture.
