Lesotho has one of the highest HIV prevalence rates in the world. This project follows women living with HIV across remote mountain communities, clinics, and urban centers, documenting access to treatment, long-term survival, and the realities of care. Through patients, healthcare workers, and outreach programs, the photographs explore how healthcare reaches some of the country’s most isolated populations.
