2025 marks the 50th anniversary of the Lebanese Civil War. Lebanon still suffers its consequences. This work is a creative, personal, urgent collaboration with women in Lebanon. I see my younger self in each of them. Every image has a narrative. The project is my love letter to them.

Doua and the Missile was my last picture of 2024, right after the ceasefire with Israel. During the last hours of the war, the missile hit the building next Doua’s family.
